Refund policy

We want every learner to feel at ease. If a course is not right for you, we will make it right.
Courses
You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have completed no more than three lectures of the course. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Daily Pass
A Daily Pass can be refunded within 48 hours of purchase if it has not been used to open a paid lecture.
Donations
Donations are generally not refundable. If you made a donation by mistake, write to us within 7 days and we will do our best to help. Scholarship codes already redeemed cannot be reversed.
How to request
Use the grievance page with your registered phone number or email and the order date. Refunds are usually processed within 7 to 10 working days.
